Hi, I'm LeeAnn. I launched Edvolve in 2018 because I saw schools & districts working exceptionally hard to modernize education and put more technology into teachers' & students' hands -- but a lack of time, expertise, resources, and human bandwidth made it nearly impossible for schools/districts to provide the amount & type of professional development teachers needed to effectively infuse technology into their instructional practices.
I have been been training teachers to infuse technology by focusing on pedagogy and the "new skills" of the digital-age for over 20 years. I've helped both tech-reluctant and tech-enthusiastic teachers to adopt new practices and grow into confident digital-age instructional facilitators. I've led organizations to adopt tech infusion as a curricular approach. I've also helped thousands of teachers promote, model, and teach positive digital citizenship to their students.
