![]() Dr. LeeAnn Lindsey is the owner & principal consultant for Edvolve and serves as co-president for ISTE's digital citizenship professional learning network.
LeeAnn is a former classroom teacher & technology integration specialist who has been helping teachers adopt digital-age teaching practices for twenty-something years. She has held roles in the classroom, district office, regional/statewide training centers, higher education, and the non-profit space. From 2011-2016, LeeAnn led the infusion of technology throughout the teacher preparation program in the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College at Arizona State University. While in this role, LeeAnn authored and implemented digital citizenship modules which were required learning for all teacher candidates. This work ignited LeeAnn's passion for training teachers to embrace, promote, and model digital citizenship -- and became the focus of her doctoral dissertation. LeeAnn's work in the field earned her a spot on the core development team for the 2016 ISTE Standards for Students and the 2017 ISTE Standards for Educators. She's also been featured in ISTE's membership magazine and has been honored with multiple awards for her work infusing technology. LeeAnn is happiest when she’s having in-depth and meaningful digital citizenship conversations with teachers and students. She also loves tacos and evening walks with her husband, Shawn and rescue dog, Laney. View LeeAnn's resume >>> View academic publications >>> |
